So, what makes Azul Beach Hotel so special?  First, this is no mega-sized resort. With just 97 rooms, it offers an intimate atmosphere and affords proximity so that each room is under a minute from the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the bars, and basically any other facility on the premises.

Second, this is a truly beachfront resort and the beach is just fantastic (see for yourself in the image gallery). Third, we designed a unique food selection that includes a restaurant with five different menus, for example, the all lobster menu and the low carb menu. Then, we have 24-hour room service, which is part of the all-inclusive program. And, the beverages we serve are quite special, as well (make sure to try the Tequila martini). Fourth, unlike our other properties, which cater exclusively to adult guests, Azul welcomes families. And, fifth, we've added some cool services to create a truly unique vacation experience. Which, you wonder? Well, for parents, we have baby and children essentials such as strollers, cribs, baby milk heaters, beach games, coloring books, refrigerators for milk and medicines.

You'll find Azul Beach Hotel on the beautiful Bahia Petempich in Puerto Morelos, just 15 Minutes south of Cancun Airport and 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

The 97 rooms at AZUL were designed in a stylish contemporary décor and are available in superior, deluxe oceanfront and AZUL suite category and have all features to satisfy the discerning traveler. All rooms at this beachfront property are either directly on, or just a few steps away from, the secluded beach of Bahia Petempich.

Deluxe Category Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, king size or double beds, satellite flat screen TV, shower, hair dryer, safety-deposit box, daily supplied mini bar, coffee maker, DVD player, direct dialing telephone, balcony or veranda with view to our lush gardens or the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Since we are traveling parents ourselves, we added a few items to make traveling and vacation with children easier. Especially parents with smaller children will appreciate the availability of strollers, cribs, baby milk heaters, refrigerators for milk and medicines, as well as beach games, toys and coloring books.

Finally, if you're in the mood to stay in and share a nice evening with your loved one(s), you may still indulge...by ordering room service. Not only is it available 24/7 but it's part of the all inclusive. How cool is that? AZUL Suite is the epitome of elegance, luxury and romance. Guests will be able to relax and indulge in this 630 sq foot suite designed in a stylish contemporary décor

It is equipped with air conditioning, king size bed, 42? plasma screen satellite TV, sofa, daily stocked mini bar with water, beer and soft drinks, coffee/tea maker, DVD player, direct dial telephone, breakfast area, private sitting area with a Jacuzzi and a balcony facing the Caribbean Sea.

190 sq foot mosaic tile bathroom with air conditioning private toilet, double sink, special rain shower, and wood closets. To further enhance the romantic mood; guests can pre-arrange for flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to be delivered. The suite is recommended for destination wedding couples, honeymooners and romantic getaways.

Yes, smoking rooms are available upon request, but remember: it's not good for you.

Have you ever eaten at a restaurant with five different menus? Have you ever tried ordering from an all lobster menu? Have you ever had a Tequila Martini? Have you ever had a drink at a bar with swinging beds? Yes, it's all part of the all-inclusive. And no, reservations are not required. On a diet? We even have a low fat, low carb menu.

Restaurants
No jackets or reservations required! No buffet lines permitted! Buffet lines are just not cool, so we eliminated them (except for the kids...those are cool!). Jackets are too restrictive and reservations are overrated, so none of our restaurants require them. Combining a selection of eclectic menus and creative drinks and serving them a' la Carte in a hip setting, on the other hand, was a requirement. So that's what you'll find at the restaurants and bars. The fine international cuisine and all premium-drink bars will appeal to the sophisticated side of your palate. The taste buds of the young world traveler will be delighted with various kids' dishes.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a friendly atmosphere. Here you'll experience "food for all and all for food". A la Carte international breakfast, Mexican, fresh seasonal fruits, steak and eggs among many other preparations. Family-style lunches abundant with salads, gourmet sandwiches, daily changing specialties. Unlimited dining with several complete menus including Lobster, Salad, South Beach Diet and Low fat/low carb menus are available additional to our daily changing international theme menu including fine pasta dishes, juicy steaks, ocean fresh seafood prepared according to the finest in Mexican, Italian, Fusion, Thai, Spanish and French cuisine. One of the highlights of your dinner will be our fine selection of international cheeses, delicious desserts, coffees and digestives.

	Blue Terrace A la Carte Dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. A wide selection of ocean fresh seafood and tender cuts of meat among other mouthwatering creations are served "hot off the grill" each evening on this thatched roof terrace.
	Tainan Restaurant A la Carte Dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Tainan is the name of the ancient capital of Taiwan, renown for its splendid food, taste and exotic creativity. Because of the culinary culture world wide, the food of Tainan not only brings unlimited experiences but also offers opportunities to satisfy the palate with Spectacular Asian-inspired cuisine served in generous portions. Among the dishes that are known far and wide are sushi, sashimi, rice noodles, pot stickers, dumplings, Chinese fondues and succulent main courses prepared using the finest authentic ingredients.
	Chill Restaurant A la Carte Lunch from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM A la Carte Dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM The Mexican ? Caribbean style of the restaurant with the view of the Caribbean Sea allows you to relax like the name if the restaurant itself, and enjoy the taste of Mexico. A la Carte lunch, Mexican dishes, fresh seafood prepared in many different ways and other international choices. Variable dining of the regional recipes using local produce and don?t miss the Caribbean options. Not to forget our desserts to end dinner the good way.
	La Mancha Energy Bar Open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  "The spot on the corner", our laid back Caribbean Café, serving exotic fruit juices, jungle fruit smoothies, Ice teas, espresso, cappuccino, frappucino and delightful Caribbean sandwiches, brownies, jumbo cookies and ice-cream.
	Agavero Tequila Lounge Open from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am. Get a real taste of Mexico in this unique and spectacular Tequila lounge where modern designs are combined with classic furniture of the Pancho Villa era, including a replica of a 19th century Tequila bar. Over 30 different Tequilas, including Añejo, Reposado and Blanco served, straight, frozen or mixed into the most amazing margaritas from the traditional lime margarita to banana, cucumber or raspberry, to mention a few. Enjoy these fabulous drinks while playing table games or simply listen to cool music and hang out with friends.
	Aquanox Bar Open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm. Exciting tropical drinks are prepared to your taste in this thatched-roof lounge and swim up bar. At night, kick back and listen to live music while sipping your favorite drink and lounging in one of our famous "hanging beds" with unforgettable views of the Caribbean Ocean.

Check out the Beach Cabanas, our four-poster beach beds, outfitted with king-size mattresses, retractable drapes and oversized pillows, perfect for private sun bathing and intimate star gazing.
