Following the trend from our sister resort, El Dorado Royale, we have implemented our signature Gourmet Inclusive concept here as well. There is a variety of options, none of which includes buffet lines as all restaurants serve a’ la Carte only. They do include authentic Mexican, Asian, Italian as well as International cuisine with a daily changing menu. The bars feature the famous swings, transforming the overall experience of the resort. A new lounge beckons with cool music and even cooler drinks.

All 280 rooms are suites, with lovely décor and romantic four post beds and all are just a few steps from the beach. Beach beds line the shore. The 24-hour room service is included, of course. As are the beverages and many other activities, amenities, and services.

All rooms are smoke free friendly.

Suites - Each room is a suite
The El Dorado Seaside Suites consists of 280 Junior Suites distributed in two and three story buildings. Unlike most other resorts in the area, our resort runs parallel to the beach, affording each room easy access to the beach, which is literally just a few steps away. All of the Junior Suites are decorated in a blend of contemporary and authentic Mexican style, and come with marble or Mexican title floors. The furniture is made of local wood which gives a friendly and visually appealing atmosphere to the accommodations.

The Junior Suites are available in five categories, including:

Jacuzzi Junior Suites All with beautiful garden or coconut palm tree views.

Ocean View Jacuzzi Junior Suites that have lovely views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Ocean Front Jacuzzi Junior Suites

Swim-Up Jacuzzi Junior Suites, All with king-sized bed.With comfort river shape swimming at the edge of your patio.

Premium Suites, All with king-sized bed. Ocean front with private pool for exclusive use of Premium Suites Guests, honeymoon & anniversary package included, private beach bed in front of the suite, aromatherapy in the room, fresh flower arrangement, bottle of house wine, champagne and favorite liquor included, fresh fruits every day, GI bites every night, romantic turn down service, VIP amenities in the bathroom, up to date newspaper daily.

All Jr. Suites feature Jacuzzi bath, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, king size beds or double beds upon request, bathroom with shower, color satellite TV, DVD player, mini-bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and amenities kit.

Another amenity to enjoy while enjoying the room is the 24-hour room service. It is great for those days or evening when you just don’t feel like getting out of bed, or for late night cravings. And you don’t have to feel guilty because it’s part of the all inclusive. Yes, we thought, you’d like that.

VIDA (which means life in Spanish), is located in the Heart of the El Dorado seaside suites surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
VIDA a truly creative Latino fusion cuisine. Intense yet easy going flavors and color full presentations as a spring garden.
Meal dishes that will suit you after a day of sunbathing or other exhausting vacation activities abundant salads, pasta main courses, mouth watering preparation from the grill are just a few of the dishes you can encounter on the well balanced menu.
Before sitting down enjoy one of the many untraditional margaritas at our open bar, or consult our sommelier (wine steward) to help pick and choose from the extensive wine selection (not included in the package)

	Arrecifes Restaurant Specialty cuisine Features continental breakfast from 06:00 am to 07:00 am. A la Carte breakfast from 07:00 am to 10:30 am, continental breakfast 10:30 am to 11:30 am, a la carte lunch from 12:30 pm to 04:00 pm and a la carte specialty dinner from 05:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
	La Carreta Restaurant Authentic Mexican Cuisine. Seasonally open for breakfast (7:00am – 11:00 am) & lunch (12:00 pm – 15:30 pm). Features Mexican Gourmet cuisine a la carte. Seating’s are from 5:30 pm to10:00pm.
	Mia Casa Restaurant Contemporary Italian Cuisine. Open for Dinner a la carte from 5:30 pm to 10:00pm. Air conditioned and outdoor dining.
	Klay Talay Restaurant Author’s cuisine Open for Dinner. Settings are from 5:30 pm to 10:00pm.
	Sandwicherie Open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Wood burning oven pizzas served to order, and a selection of Angus burgers, gourmet bites among other succulent Mexican “botana” preparations.
